So a friend got me hooked on Panera's mint chocolate crinkle cookies.
And then I couldn't stop thinking about them. 
And then I found a fool-proof recipe.
And then I did this...

Ghirardelli Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1 box brownie mix
1 c flour
3 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
3/4 c powdered sugar-reserve for coating cookies

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all flour, eggs, oil, and brownie mix.
Roll into 1 tbsp size balls and coat in powdered sugar.
Bake 9-11 minutes.

This deliciousness will result.
