Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles.

Go ahead and get ready to add another truffle recipe to
your list.
Because this one is a keeper.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles

1/4 c pretzels
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 c chocolate chips

Crush/place pretzels in a food processor.
Mix crushed pretzels with all of the peanut butter.
Let harden in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Roll into about 20 balls,
then let harden for about an hour in the freezer.
After they are firm,
melt chocolate chips,
dip peanut butter pretzel ball in chocolate,
and place back in fridge.
As soon as they are harden,
they are ready to eat!



 Mine didn't look so good!
They are really sticky, even after 15 minutes in the fridge,
but you can reshape them after you pull the out of the freezer after an hour!


How easy were those to make??
Now go make them.
I think I'll go make some more.
